Composes: Russia and the former Soviet and Eastern Bloc States, from the border with Germany to the Pacific, Manchuria and Mongolia, as well as sphere of influence pushing deep into Iran and Afghanistan.

Leader-Oleg Molotov, a young computer genius, that by using a special computer virus to hack the entire Internet, is able to wreak havoc on global financial and political activities, re-uniting Russia and its former Empire into a cohesive totalitarian state operating under atheism and launching a brutal campaign of extermination against all Christians and deporting Jews and Muslims to Siberia. Tactics are brutal, such as SSF soldiers arresting Christians in the middle of the night and lynching them outside their homes, killing them in camps and eventually invading Europe, and launching a full-scale assault on the Pacific coast of the United States, from Seattle, they take the entire states of Washington and Oregon, and seize control of San Francisco. The West Coast falls under a brutal military occupation, and by the time the National Guard can get mobilized, the Russians had already dug in. A protracted war on American soil seemed inevitable, as, thanks to a poorly-coordinated defense of I-90, allowing the Russians to get their heavy armor across the Columbia River Bridge. The National Guard called the retreat orderly, but it only seemed that way because they were all running in the same direction. The attack was by complete surprise, and the Russians weren't done yet. They pushed into Idaho, clearly looking for a base called "Fort Teller," re-activated as a response to the return of Russia as a global power. The defense here succeeded, and stopped Russian incursion further eastward. The war settled into a total stalemate, after Russia crushed Germany, their Black Sea Fleet broke out into the Mediterranean, taking Sicily, Cyprus and Greece, and also took Belgium and the Netherlands, as well as Austria. Aircraft are plasma-powered, and tanks hover on a cusion of air. Computer technology is used to read minds by mapping brainwaves, indoctrinate by programming thoughts into a person's brain, placing cameras everywhere, even for the most irrational of reasons, such as placing cameras in people's chimneys and banning fireplaces for the purpose of proving that Santa Claus isn't real, for example, or placing a camera in a bedroom to prevent someone from staining the government-issued sheets after sex. Anything, any belief, every thought and every action that threatens the Reich is utterly and completely obliterated. Not since Ancient Rome has one nation been so oppressive and well-organized, as sinister and secretive. Their space program and nuclear weapons are unparalelled, as is their Germanic Legion, the 3.9 million man Army. The school system is set up to turn young minds into good, loyal FAS-SOC members, the only legal political party. In kindergarten and elementary school, children are taught that any citizen of Baronia is superior to any other nation. They are taught this creed:

This nightmarish government arose out of the ashes of the old Prussian Colonial Empire, destroyed in a war with Britain, France, Russia and the U.S., Germany was forced to give up everything it had; the new German nation of Baronia-Felix was a world of grand parties, celebrations and military showcases, simply to celebrate the return of Germany as a global power. At first, Westerners were encouraged to come to Baronia-Felix and visit the efforts to make Berlin a world capital on the scale of Shanghai or New York, and come they did. Huge airships, ocean liners and planes flew or sailed into Baronia-Felix's airports and seaports, and the Olympics were even held there. As the government grew more and more totalitarian, however, tourism dropped off, until Baronia-Felix closed its borders entirely. A massive military buildup began, with colossal Panzer armies, infantry platoons, huge, nuclear-powered aircraft with unlimited range, nuclear-powered supercarriers and mammoth submarines, colossal transport aircraft, including gliders and Zeppelins, fighter aircraft that looked more like spacecraft, and ICBMs. Using the military, Chancellor Fredrick III declared not just a new beginning for Germany, but an entirely new era in Earth's history, called the "Europacene." This would last for another million years, with Germany leading all of Europe on a glorious path to supremacy and conquest. His first act was to recapture the most critical parts of Prussia's old colonial Empire, which included southern Japan and China.

-Fully industrialized, with unemployment at 2%, jobs are everywhere, the Memelland Union is undergoing a time of unparalleled prosperity. Investments in the new technologies being invented left and right; more than 90,000 patents are issued per year, drive the stock market to dizzying heights and volume. The military is so powerful that anything it does affects someone somewhere. People who see the Voivodship fleets often believe that they're watching a floating city. Their huge fleet of airships and super-dreadnaughts are no slouches either. Because of its wealth, the Voivod Union can maintain huge aircraft-carrier strike groups on both sides of the globe. Only Wolfe, the Second Superpower, can even come close to that capability. More than 50 ports and 700 bases accomodate Voivod ships and troops, and its allies have nuclear weapons, as does the Voivod Union itself. As such, the Voivod Union acts as global policeman, all the while containing its erstwhile rival Wolfe, which is relatively landlocked and has difficult ports to deploy its navy from. The Voivod Union is a melting pot of thousands of creeds, religions and ethnicities, however, the dominant demographic group is the WASP, White, Anglo-Saxon Protestants who own land, have money and own huge, successful businesses. However, thanks to high taxes for the rich, the capital used by the government is invested in infrastructure and technology development, which creates jobs and, following the path up the ladder, the rich actually get richer in the long run, because the lower-level jobs build infrastructure that the rich can capitalize on. This system has worked for nearly 90 years, and the citizens of the various Voivods enjoy a world of extreme excess, with huge mansions popping up like daisies everywhere, housing developments booming in various cities, and people are so rich that they are the most envied...and most loathed, indivduals in the world. Several totalitarian states that exist view the Voivod Union as a prime example of "Capitalist Imperialism." The Voivod Union, a 285-year old nation that, in many ways, shouldn't even have existed, was formed from a small group of settlers in a tiny village called "New Dartmoor." From this tiny state, a Republic unlike anything the world has ever seen arose through blood, triumph and glory, but one must ask, how? How did such an unlikely colony grow into the supreme world power? It had something to do with the democratic political system, yes, but what really mattered was the geostrategy used by the first colonial leaders to break free of Wolfe, a much older Empire and still the Voivod Union's chief rival, and consolidate power over the entire continent on which it stood. The Voivod Union seen today is the product of millions, who all shared one dream: To be free and liberated.
